Many times customers will only give feedback to a business if it is a compliment whereas if there is a complaint they tell everybody but that business. When that happens the business usually never finds out about the problem and it can't be solved or fixed. We are trying to take a proactive approach and we are asking our customers to fill out this simple survey and tell us what was good and what needs improvement. Please do not feel like you may hurt our feelings if you say something bad about us because it will not hurt nearly as much as when we hear it around town from somebody else. If you did have a bad experience with us, we do want to know and we will do anything in our capabilities to fix the problem.
